Amongst many such initiatives, the ProMiller Hospitality Entrepreneurship Development Program (PHEDP) stands as our most recent addition. This hotel management training program aims to enable aspiring hoteliers by exposing them to the ground realities of the dynamic Indian hotel industry through unconventional methods

This is followed by a 3-week practical phase, offering hands-on experience through direct mentorship with our founder. Selected candidates will then advance to the second module, which includes training accompanied by a basic stipend. Top performers from both modules will have the opportunity to secure a full-time position, making this program a standout among courses on hospitality management.

MODULE 1
The hospitality entrepreneurship program by Sahil Pandita begins with a 1-month theoretical phase consisting of 7 chapters. In this module, he provides insights into hospitality and entrepreneurship, leveraging his personal experiences to guide you through the learning process. Following that, candidates engage in 3 weeks of shadowing our founder and gaining hands-on experience in operations under his mentorship. To earn the certificate, candidates will need to submit the final deliverables showcasing their learning, drawing on the comprehensive approach similar to that of courses on hospitality management.

MODULE 2
This module is like a hotel management training program, offering a unique paid internship in hospitality industry for hands-on experience, similar to the practical training in a Diploma in Hospitality Management. Following a thorough review of Module 1, outstanding candidates will be selected for Module 2. If chosen, the apprentices will be placed in one of our hotels, rotating through various departments to gain a broad understanding of hotel operations. You'll receive a stipend aligned with your abilities.

MODULE 3
Upon successfully completing both Module 1 and Module 2, apprentices who demonstrate exceptional performance and potential will be offered a full-time job opportunity with ProMiller Group as part of Module 3. This final step, within the hospitality entrepreneurship program by Sahil Pandita, operates like a flexible hotel management training program and does not follow a fixed structure. It will vary for each finalist, based on their skills and dedication.

Things you should know about PHEDP
It is a continuation of our founder’s vision to help young hoteliers looking for a hotel management course in Ahmedabad or anywhere in India navigate their way through the industry by offering a unique blend of hospitality and entrepreneurship.
It is not a conventional internship. If you are someone seeking an out-of-the-box, free hotel management course with practical experience, including a paid internship in the hospitality industry and more, this opportunity may be ideal for you.
Module 1 is mandatory & has a timeframe of approximately one month. Subsequent modules are based on performance.
It does not guarantee regular face time with our founder. Consider this as a hybrid role.

Can I opt out of the program in middle of Module 1?No, there is no provision to opt out of the first module. If a candidate chooses to do so under exceptional circumstances, they won't be eligible for a completion certificate and/or the further modules.
